Default Advice Required

Hi guys, there is something I need you guys to help me with. I'v cleared css 2009 n after a few months our CTP will start. Now the thing is that I'm currently working at a university(BPS 18); I started this job in July, now all I wanna know is that will I have to resign from this job to start CTP cz I think that is what I will have to do but somebody told me that I will have to get "release" even though by December I will be just around 5 months in this job. So kindly advise me what to do? resign or release?
one more thing if this current job of mine is taken into consideration what impact will it have on my css job? Please advise me.I will be really thankful.
Regards.

no impact because universities are autonomous bodies. moreover, it is up to u to mention the job to fpsc at this stage. for this u will to produce NOC from ur university.
best way is to resign present job at one month notice to the employer, but do this action when u have received training letter from establishment division.

Salam, first of all congrates for qualifying it. Coming to your question, if your current teaching job is permamnent, then the 1st year of your teaching job is marked as "probation" period, so you may resign from there simply and in this category of job (permanent one) if you would have gotten the increments of december, then the release would have been helpful. Secondly, if you have contractual job, then no need of any release or resign. But ethically, it would be better to put resignation for leaving good impression of yourself.Goodluck for your career.Take care
