the answer sheet provided in css exam is it with lines or simple plain paper without line ?????????

I am not sure about ink pen bcz I always used Dollar Pointer. I've seen candidates using ink pen as well whereas some use ball pens. It depends upon your choice and convenience.

no it would not b troublesome to use ink pen.i also used ink pen.make sure ur pen is fluent n of good quality like parker.

It is of mediocre quality. One can use pen.
You need to use either of the two which you can use more conveniently.
I used pointer last year.

i am quite comfortable with ink pen but asked because binyamin mentioned it to be of low quality and in low quality paper sheets ink pen's ink spreads and can be seen on the back side of the page, making it look very untidy. Moreover, you can't write on the back page because of its reflection.

As i mentioned , i used pointer. Its ink also could have spread , but nothing happened of this sort.
