Received a letter from FPSC
Today I received a letter from Assistant Director, FPSC stating that I need to provide the following documents to FPSC within 15 days otherwise my candidature for CSS 2011 exams will be cancelled
1)Birth Proof as per SSC/O Levels Certificate 2)Detailed mark sheet of my Bachelors degree I have my Bachelors transcript so 2) is not an issue but for 1) I had already provided the proof. I gave my O Levels in 3 sessions, therefore I have 3 certificates/statement of results, and on 1 of those statement of results, my date of birth is clearly mentioned. Why did the AD then raised this point? Secondly, my date of birth is also clearly mentioned on CNIC, Equivalence Certificate, A levels Certificate, Domicile etc. which I already have provided. Can anyone shed some light on this? |

Well dear brother, don't worry. They asked me to send a few documents again even though i had sent it before. To tell you the truth they might have simply misplaced it. O Levels certificate is equalent to a Matric certificate for the sake of DOB, so no need to worry and resend it. They mention the "
Birth Proof as per SSC/O Levels Certificate" because thats the only thing the Matric certificate is used for. The eligibility in actual is only a 2nd Div Bachelors Degree. Regards,

Dear brother,
Send only the ones asked for, that will be playing it by the book. Send it to the same person who sent you the letter but still call the office and ask them. I don't know why they haven't mentioned it in the letter. Confusion actually arises because i assume it must have been sent by the Assistant Director (CE) office but the rules on the other hand mentions all correspondence to be addressed to the Secretary only. Brother, i actually don't remember who i sent it to because my case was almost 2 years ago. Please enquire from the office lest i misinform you. Regards.

Brother,i suggest go to CRMS section of nadra in ur district with your documents and make your birth certificate.it wil cost 80 rupees.birth certificate wil help u here and in future as wel.

Fellows i appeared in 2011 exam.. the address i provided in form is now not my address.. I have shifted in new home, can anybody tell me whats the procedure to get the address changed with fpsc??

Change of Address
It has been mentioned in the rules that such changes as address etc. should be communicated with the secretary FPSC.

Dear Mani1
I also hold O levels, and for O levels candidates you need to present a school leaving certificate from the school from where you did your O levels. The certificate has to mention your DOB. That is taken as a proof of your DOB in case one holds O level .

Received a letter from FPSC
i recieved a letter asking for fresh snaps nd bechelors degree....!!
i hav alresdy sent em..... help if any 1 can plz. |
