Candidates b/w merit 120-130 (holding PUNJAB domicile) have any chance to be allocated to a group like DMG, PSP, FSP or Customs? What are the chances as per your understanding and knowledge?

There are no chance for merit no 120~130 from Punjab to occupy PSP,DMG or FSP dear.
