@Raz

What if there are 35 PAS seats and 18 PSP seats? Can #27 (#22 in Punjab) still get allocated in PAS ?

aoa......... m 56th overall and 43rd in punjab.....wht are my chances of allocation having DMG at the top...

Does this hypothesis exclude Military quota?

As per existing position you are at FSP but you are only one notch down then PAS. Chances are there for allocation in PAS.

But calculations show

35-4(military quota) * 0.50 = 16 seats (for open merit & punjab)

Total general seats in Punjab = 16-2 (women quota)-1 (minority quota) = 13 seats for PAS

Similarly for PSP

18-2(military quota) * 0.50 = 8 seats (for open merit and Punjab)

Total general seats in Punjab = 8-1(women quota) = 7 seats for PSP

Thus a PAS and PSP seats extend upto Merit # 20 in Punjab. Considering 1 FSP candidate at Merit # 11, PAS and PSP seats would extend uptp Merit # 21 while I am at Merit # 22

thnku....fsp is my 10th prefernce........i want to ask about my friend..she is 87th overall and her preferences are DMG,CUSTOMS,FSP,IRS,MLCG,PAAS.........in which group are her chances of allocation....plz reply soon

well i have learnt tht dr.anoosh has first prefernce of psp..........
