Usman Khalid has already responded you. Same is the reply from my side. Actually, GBFATA has one PAS and one PSP seat. Merit No.6 and 14 will consume these two seats.

Merit No.30 and 40 have same opportunity available in All Pakistan open merit and their provincial quota i.e. IRS. Allocation is always exercised in following order:

1. Allocate from All Pakistan Open Merit if the choice of Candidate is available in open Merit.
2. Allocate from the general quota of the respective province if the choice of candidate is not available in the All Pakistan Open Merit.
3. Allocate from the specific gender quota i.e. Woman Quota for female if the choice of candidate is not available in All Pak Open Merit and Provincial General Quota.
4. Send him/her to home if seat does not exist in any of the avenue.

Hope I have addressed your concern.

Open merit seats of IRS could be allocated to Punjab if they did not have better option available in their Provincial (Punjab) quota. In this scenario till merit number 45 (5040 ABDUL ROUF PUNJAB) candidates of Punjab have better option available in their provincial quota than the Open Merit seats of IRS. Hence GBFATA will occupy these two IRS seats.

To what merit # IRS/PAAS can go in Punjab ? My analysis say close to 100-105

General Provincial Quota upto: Merit No.91
Woman Quota upto: Merit No.98

If some candidates have placed OMG / MLCG before PAAS then PAAS may extend to 100-105.

You might have thought, worked and decided very well but in my opinion you have not justified with your choices by placing OMG at second last number. OMG is a better group with better career. OMG could be placed after PAAS and you could earn it too as per your merit number.

This was my opinion; you may have your own priorities.
