kindly mention your merit number and roll number if u r with in top 150 and are not going to join.this ll further clear the picture of allocations.

i know some friends who could not improve

Touqir Bhai!! i want to have your contact #, if no objection, in order to discuss expected allocations viz-a-viz vacancy position and the number of people not going to join... I am also hovering around your position and relying on the non-joiners..
