I went there today to receive my letter as well as confirm the acceptance. They had not received my acceptance so I had to provide them on spot. Its better that everyone confirm their acceptance. Don't leave anything to chance.

my first letter (in response to website result)was received by shambeeb.

the second, and the proper one, with reference to the letter of appointment , this was received yesterday by Wahid. . .

His name is Rizwan. He works in Section Officer's staff (Section Officer himself was on leave today).Establishment division is located in Cabinet Block on constitution avenue, a little ahead of FPSC. Just go there and tell them you want to meet Section Officer Shahid Raza, rest they'll guide you to his office.

this is totally unacceptable behavior on the part of establishment division. i had faxed my acceptance and also sent through courier. but now i am in a doubt , i think i will send it again. but one problem is that no one picks up the phone. how to confirm it

is it compulsory to send the acceptance leter again after rcieving the offer letter from establishment divison. should the acceptance be on a plain paper or a stamp paper.

taha its the same letter, but instead of writing the reference of online link put reference of ur letter number. as well as quote the page number of the press note

(i would share, but its at my home pc; i am at office )

the letter reads tht the acceptance should be DUALY SIGNED, can anyone please explain what dualy signed means hear??
