Guys can anyone tell me that which are the high scoring subjects or does it matter if i opt those subjects because if those really high scoring subjects then everyone wnats to get high marks and opt only those, then what is the value of remaining ones?

Dear, scoring trend of all subjects may change from year to year basis. However, some subjects are easy to prepare and get good score due to their generic nature. There are some techical subjects which may only be opted by candidates having background in those like Physics, Computer Sciences etc. Usually, Geography, Sociology, Journalism, Arabic, USA History, International Law, Mercantile Law, Agriculture, Forestry, Regional Languages, Histories (score may fluctuate yearly) give good scores.

Dear, Business Administration may specifically be relevant to MBA. Others don't have much connection with MBA.

Yes...you can apply for CSS-2012,as the last date to submit form for CSS written exam is 31st December.But I am afraid you may not have time to prepare.You can prove me otherwise by preparing it ,afterall you may still have 3 months for preparation too.
Best of luck for Your future endeavoures....lastly don't waste even a moment if you are willing to go for this exam in .

UPDATE:
Today I visited FPSC office and forms were not available . According to the person there wait for the CSS Ad in papers and then forms will be avilable and it may happen in next ten days prolly. He also told that this time 31st might NOT be the last date.
