Sir, In this scenario, I believe it is better to wait and watch. Judiciary is not on good terms with Establishment. If you try to involve C.J into this, then he will surely give a call to all related Officers to present their facts before the court, which in turn will earn you the wrath of Establishment. In addition, I don't believe that C.J can do anything. He only does things that earn him media attention.
As for PM, he is only here for the sole purpose of Caretaker setup, which may not be having much say in the matters of Establishment, as his prime concern is looking after free & fair elections. Even in our official letters, Establishment & President of Pakistan will be the final authorities.
In the view of above things, I think it is better to refrain from involving any third party. Establishment decisions are final and there is no precedence of seats being increased.
Lets have faith in Allah. I.A we will be on safe side.

it seems like there are two things with which FPSC is of no help right now: one, your merit in the quota reserved for your area. Two, vacancies.
MUSK is requested to share any update --if he has any--regarding these two things.

the other day i visited FPSC but the officials were really blank.they offered help in courtesy.but i could make out that it is now simply beyond their scope now.all they could tell you is your marks and viva score etc.

And higher-ups of establishment department don't know either.
