..i Got no such letter....what does that mean....????i don't even want to think anything negative.

I don't see it is a green signal. In fact FPSC doesn't give any signal before result. Last year, just a week before result I recieved a call from FPSC. They asked me to TCS some missing documents immediately. It was on Friday evening. I sent the documents.
Interestingly, I received the same sort of call again on Monday morning asking me for the same documents. I told them that I have already sent. And next day I recieved the same call again. This time they seemed furious, threatening me to cancel my result if I failed to send them the documents by next day....
I became highly excited. I thought the calls as green signal. But.... I failed

Well,I think it is a dilemma and better not to speculate on this.I am also facing same problem.It was my first attempt CE-13 and I received same letter as well,but my couple of friends who did not submit their Degrees have not received any kind of letter so they are in state of "To be or not to be that is a question"so it is probably better if we patiently wait for the result and see it our own-self.

all i can say is that they checked your documents and they found your degree missing, so they sent you the letter.

I personally don't think that it has anything to do with result. FPSC employees who are responsible for documents verification would not know whether the candidate has passed or not.
I received the letter for degree after the result of ce 2012 was announced and i had passed.
