i also want to do it for 2014 , my optional subjects are islamic history and culture , psychology , i am confused about chosung the subject for 200 marks as its my first attempt , please give me suggestions for optional subjects

subjects are good but indo pak is not scoring.
my suggestion is replace indo pak history with psychology or islamic history.

I know its very lengthy subject therefore it might not be a good coring because one has to remember dates and minor thing like this, the reason i choose Indo-Pak History is that i have keen interest in reading history and i think i can do best in this subject as compare to psychology or Islamic History....

In my opinion if one have good aptitude and interest in a particular subject then he must opt it irrespective of trend. Moreover Indo Pak history have shown good results in 2012. Topper of CE-2012 Miss Noor had also Indo Pak and Urdu in her optionals which were considered very low scoring subjects. So opt it confidently and do your best. It will also help you to cover 80% of Pak Affairs syllabus as well.

yeah interest matters a lot.
but we must select subjects according to scoring trend and interest.
i am good in indo pak history and honestly speaking i am very poor in islamic history but i opted because islamic history gives good marks instead of indo pak history.
though,
indo pak history gave good marks in CE2012 but my suggestion is IHC.
