Thankyou so much Sir for this support of yours...highly appreciated...
The common subjects of mine with your optional s are sociology and Islamic history...for sociology you already prescribed books, JazakAllah kher for that..can you please enlighten the Islamic history and culture, part too..where did you study it from and what was your course of study...
2nd question :how much time daily did you dedicate for studying?
3rd: did you study one subject at a time, like concentrating on sociology solely till you finished it, OR division in separate sessions for different subjects?
and last question for time being what was your way of preparing for current affairs?
(sorry for the botheration but really needed someone to guide, 'someone' who has already been through it and MADE it )

Dear DRvalentino i m preparing my self for css from my gradudation i done b.com in 2012. due to some clerical error my date of birth is 1993 instead of 1991 on matric certificate and after i use 1993 as my age according to this now i m 20 years old while actually 22 now minimum age is abolished so is it good for me to give 2014 attempt or not i m mentally prepare to give this attempt.
but your advise surely helps me for better.

I scored 58 in Pak Affairs and it was v good score in CSS 2011.I did not read ikram rabbani so i don't suggest it to any one.Read any quality book of quality author.It will help you a lot in analyzing topics.

sir i have 3 questions.
1st: does islamic history overlap or cover part of islamiat too or no?
2nd: my optionals are psychology, journalism, punjabi and islamic history&culture.. is this a good combination? my educational background is doctor, dentist basically....
3rd: what would be a wise choice between journalism and forestry for CE-2014?
