Correct! Either I manage to pass or not,I have to submit my application form for second attempt.Though I have a positive feeling for passing my first attempt,as I poured my entire senses and energies at psychotic level,but still we should not underestimate FPSC`s unpredictability anyway.

Address does not matters a lot. Just mention your current address where you can get your other proceedings in the upcoming days. No matter you are living in london or karachi having domicile of Punjab or any other province. You will be allocated according to your domice cile nor london neither karachi would be considered your domicile.

Yes, you can submit form in provincial (regional ) office Lahore but not in provisional office.
