I have been informed that in order to duly fill the form for a 2nd attempt at CSS, the result of the previous attempt has to be mentioned! If this is the case, how does the delay in results by FPSC affect the registration process, as it has already begun?

Do provide some helpful response!
if the result has not been declared yet, then just write "result not declared."
Thank you sir for your concerns but i listened about IRS that in that department, one cannot got promotions and other facuilties like car, etc. And in the Custom group there have some political involvements. Please help me out.
Regards
I cannot comment on the promotions of IRS, you can ask it from a person already allocated in the said group. As far as political involvement is concern, you will be surprised to know that no group is free from political involvement.

Yes it is a safe option I've sent my online application through TCS.. and you should have printed form in color anyways you can paste another picture there to rectify it.
