Promotions to higher ranks i-e Secretary, Additional Secretary etc are on the basis of political affiliation.
Selection is on merit to a greater extent.

Not at all. But if you have MBA degree then it will be an added advantage.
You will learn all the stuff in your Specialized training program (STP).

The first block is of Institutions' Location not name.. mention name of your Board of matriculation and Intermediate, and University's name in University/board Column.

Sir but in first bloc they also ask the university name. Please shed light on it. And Secondly please tell me how to write groups names. Please explain it to write some example??

Sir that's the problem, i have no MBA degree and i did my masters' in History . Please guide me how i mange my group list?

Thank you for kind Reply but 0ne thing is still unclear. Im not applying 0nline. And on print forms, there is no space or opti0n given in Parents Particulars to indicate their status. There is no option given to tick Divorced. How do I mention it now. And you didnt clear the income part.
