Attach the original copy with application form and keep the duplicate copy for your records.
I edited on my form by pen,
Because some fields were missed during online process, and added some details also.
Is it Normal?

For Board there is a separate column, the title of the 1st column requires School, college and univeristy ?

Second, on page 5, Info about sibblings is required and the highest degree obtained. My younger brother has passed BA but hasnt got degree yet, should i write 'Intermediate' for him ? My other brother is in Matric now, i dont have to mention him right ?

Regards,

1st column is for Location of the institution where you did your matriculation, intermediate, graduation etc...

Write graduate for your younger brother who has passed BA and add all your siblings including your brother for whom you should write matriculate.

Regards

For all education less than matriculation write Undermatric and the one not admitted yet write NA in that column as his age will indicate that portion is not applicable to him

Although, according to FPSC all those foreign degrees are accepted which are granted equivalence by HEC but instead of waiting for the HEC response I want to have a confirmation about this form other ACCAs over this forum. So that I may go for graduation from any local university instead of wasting my time, if required to appear in the CSS exam!
I think you are talking about OBU Bsc degree in applied accounting,
You will have to get your OBU Bsc degree recognized by HEC .There are certain conditions for that such as , you tool tuition from ACCA ALP (approved learning partner) . Then there is a minimum attendance % . Another one is that you started ACCA after intermediate and so on . I am ACCA finalist , though I''ll be writing thesis to get my OBU Bsc degree but still I'm appearing in PU B.A exams as a private canddiate in upcoming exams to be on a safe side and I would advice you the same .

the size of printed form is small i am having difficulty in filling it . is there any way to increase the size of the form?
and do we have to paste picture on the front page or just staple down all four pix with the form ?
at point 14 the education record we should start from matriculation right ?
and is it alright if we dont write exact date of announcement of resuult?
