Keeping in view the past tradition, date sheet for CE-2014 can be expected in mid-January.

Hope it starts on last saturday of feb this year too
some fpsc site said commencement is on 15th feb :/

Dont wait for date sheet, just have a look at last year date sheet and make your own as per your subjects, though minor changes can take place. FPSC does not belive in too much changes and innovation.

I heard that there will be no holiday between compulsories as there will be paper on Sunday too

It is not so. There is always a holiday on Sunday. The e am traditionally starts on Saturday every year with the papers of English Essay and Composition. And the next day on Sunday it is always a holiday. If you had seen past years' date sheet , the confusion would have got removed. Here you can see the date sheet of css 2013. Most probably the same date sheet would be for the css 2014. I mean the sequence of papers will remain unchanged . From Saturday February 23rd started css 2013 and from Saturday February February 15 will commence the exam for css 2014. The sequence of the papers and days would remain most probably the same only dates would be different.
