Default Failed by only 1 mark in CE 2015. Can I claim grace mark?
I am failed in only composition paper. Can I claim gracevmarks as giving grace mark policy was applicable during Mr. Rana bhagwan das' period. here is my dmc.
Essay 40
English 39
G. k 173
Islamiat 63
Philosophy 144
Geography 138
Int. law 67
Punjabi 56

It is clearly stated in the rules (ive seen 2016) that no grace mark is allowed.

Under section Re-counting of Marks Clause xxxi

Grace marks won't be given but you should definitely go for recounting of your marks in English. It'll only cost you Rs. 500.

plz tell me procedure. After downloading challan form n by depositing fee in bank what would be next step?
