Shahzad Mehboob the topper of PMS-KPK 2013 is allocated in PAS.
he is 2nd in KPK and 40th overall in ce-15.

With some of the roll numbers above, this has been written:

"Subject to the medical fitness"

What does it mean?

Out of 368 candidates, 238 have been recommended for the jobs. Who are the remaining candidates (130)? Will these 130 students have to give another try?
