I am interested to join this study "group". How are we going to carry out our studies online? Are we going to do so on this very same thread? Please explain this a bit.

Thanks.

Sajjad Idrees Friday, February 28, 2014 01:08 AM

I also want to join this group. I am a Electronic Engineer by profession.

LightWave Friday, February 28, 2014 01:14 AM

Also, I am a bit uncertain about my optional subject selection.

This is what has been suggested to me by someone.

Sociology & Journalism : 200 marks

Public Administration : 100 marks

International Law OR International Relations = 100 marks.

?Political Science? : 200 marks

However, I want to replace Political Science

Poltical Science seems like a risky subject, so I do not want to opt it in CSS. So please suggest an alternate for it.

Also. What is a better subject, in terms of faster learning curve and "scoring". International Law or International Relations?

Thanks

Dear, first of all you should consider your academic qualification for the subject selection. This would lead you towards a better choice.

Moreover, Public Administration is okay to be opted. However IR and I.Law must be pondered with care as per your aptitude, any of these subject can anytime flee out of clutches of the first timers and amateurs.

Similarly, Political Science has a fine record. It can give you a better score if you carry it properly, again depends on your aptitude and interest.

Furthermore, Journalism and Sociology, they fluctuate from traditional to general and keep varying every year. As Journalism in CE-14 is too general and knowledge-based but in CE-13 it was completely traditional and bookish in nature.

In the end, I would want you to select optional subjects keeping your academic record in mind, as it is likely to be helpful for you in covering them and grabbing concepts easily in less time.

Hello LightWave, Frostflame is correct what he is saying, I suggest you to go through syllabus and than select your subjects.
If you will say my choice i will definitely go for Islamic History. Islamic History I is so easy as we have learnt everything in our lower classes.

Very Nice FrostFlame, Yes I made Precise of the Article "US notes Consolidation of Democracy in Pakistan", on Page No.3 Dawn Newspaper.
FrostFlame its time consuming to firstly write it on paper and then type it on Laptop for sharing purpose I am finding out the way to save the Time, I think Camscanner App will work for us. do you have any idea?
