If your expression is strong in English then attempt it in English otherwise in urdu.

Islamiat in English is better to attempt , in Urdu you will have difficulty in finding material and also you will have to answer in Urdu so definitely your Urdu expression needs to be good enough , in English you already are reading all the subjects in English so it will automatically help you .

I'm reading Dawn news editorial pagee,front and international from last 20 days and writ small precis but its not showing improvement in me need help for improving english...

Try to write short essay on daily issues that are happening in routinely basis. Utilize your knowledge while writing paragraph rather than searched material from internet. Don't lose heart as it ll take time to improve writing skill just do it with fully devotion and dedication. Be regular on your study timings.
