For CE-15, my optional subjects would be: Philosophy, Punjabi, International Law and Philosophy. I had been preparing Philosophy and Punjabi for two months and now looking forward to correspond with you, through this thread.

Khadija!
That's ok, even I take time in understanding editorials and articles. Thanks for sharing your writings with me, Khadija and Mandokhail. I see you two have put in effort. Keep up the hard work and keep writing. Khadija, when you finalize your subjects let me know. We can do combine study if we have the same optionals. To the rest of the aspirants, welcome to this thread! |

Here you go:
Circular debt The concept of circular debt has become quite antidiluvian in our country now. Last year the PML-N government proudly claimed that it had paid off all the circular debt. However, the cancer of circular debt in the power sector has returned again. It has taken the shape of an unending transverse waves, sometimes reaching its peak while at other times landing in a trough. The untiring efforts of the government are much concentrated on the treatment of its symptoms i-e on the payment of circular debt rather than on its root cause. If this disease is to be cured then there must be transparency in the power sector overseen by the independent boards. |
