I am again suggesting you to daily share your progress in the form of list of topics you guys covered. This would help many aspirants who may not join you on Skype just like Alina. And, by doing so you would be guided by many seniors here on this forum. This would improve your strategy further.

As per "the Shah Ends" & "Alinna" suggestion. I am going to share tasks here.

Day1:
Task 1. Read all the three Editorial & four Articles of Dawn. And write them in your own word. In other words, you will be going to make their precise. Try to write them in terms of Introduction, Body & Conclusion

Task2. Cover following topics of EDS

1. Balanced diet – 1993, 1994, 2002, 2007, 2008,2012
2. Pasteurization – 1987, 1995, 2001, 2008
3. Disease caused by deficiency – 1987
4. Sources of Vitamins – 1990
5. Vitamin A - 2012
6. Vitamin C - 2012
7. Iron - 2012
8. Calcium - 2012
9. Iodine - 2012

Note :There may be repetition as in balance diet, you would find that its covering Vitamins & Minerals as well
