Reading editorials of Dawn then writing them all in own words seems quite an exhaustive process. Reconsider your this strategy of writing. Make it more convenient and less time consuming by writing only one editorial in own words rather than writing them all. Moreover, do not call it a precis. Just say: Write one editorial in own words according to essay's rules, i.e., consisting of introduction, body and conclusion. But for that everyone should first read and understand all the rules of essay writing. Then go ahead with your strategy. That's it.

Alright, Khadija, thats a nice schedule. I wanted add one thing. How about we read all the editorials and articles and then collectively decide one article/ editorial to write upon or you can pick one for us all? Then we can share our piece of writing with each other here and comment on it...As far as EDS is concerned, I shall try to cover the topics you've mentioned. Lastly but not the least, I want to thank you for taking this initiative and motivating us

I am of Shah's mind that covering all three editorial is very lengthy, we should select an editorial and an articale of previous day and write it in our own words that will be better.

Secret Funds

It is true that the mischievous deeds often go unnoticed until they are brought under the limelight. Such is the example of secret funds in Pakistan. The recent declaration of Balochistan Chief Minister regarding the curtailment of secret funds associated with his office has given room to some grave concerns. It is generally accepted that the federal Ministery of Information keeps secret funds but another revelation of this kind poses few serious questions as to how many more secret funds are available there and for what purposes. Now that the Balochistan government has decided to stick to the principle of true transparency, it is time that the other provinces also come clean and state where these secret funds have been appropriated over the last few years.
