I am preparing zoology now a days. I have completed the preparation of psychology and sociology once. In shaa Allah i ll revise the subjects in the coming month

Rakhshand and Saundra Ciceralli for psychology
Horton and Hunt for sociology.
Miller and Harley plus selected topics from PS verma

How long it took for sociology?

I prepared it with pakistan affairs. So it took me 30 days to complete both subjects. If you are solely preparing sociology then it may take 15-20 days at the maximum.

What about compulsory subjects? Especially current affairs,essay and composition. Are you seeking guidance from any academy/teacher or doing it at your own?

Examples from pakistani society are very important so in my humble opinion you should also give Taga a read too during revision...

I have attended academy for around 2 months but now doing on my own and I think it wasn't much of a help to go to academy except for the english composition paper...
For CA I ocassionaly read dawn and have bought quarterly from jahangir world times...
