Documents along with application forms should be submitted to regional offices or directly to islamabad through courier service???

can you please list down the documents that are required? furthermore is the degree to be submitted, because i haven't got mine yet.

CNIC, domicile, matriculation, intermediate, b.a dmcs along with certificates and degrees bank chalan five photographs all attested from grade 17 or above

seniors please tell that i have mistakenly missed the column of information about near relatives in government sector and submitted the online application form. what should i do now to add information in the particular box or go it as it?

i called fpsc today and asked whether the submission of degree is mandatory or not if it is not with us due to any circumstance. their reply was that you can attach the consolidated marksheet and the degree can later on be submitted.

How we will get acknowledgement of application form submitted through post?
