Default CE-2015 Application sent via PakPost!

Almost a week ago I sent my application of CE-2015 via PakPost. On my arrival they asked me whether I want to register my parcel. I said yes. They did not ask me about sending it on urgent or normal basis, so i guess they have considered it a normal delivery. Now the thing which is perplexing me is: everyone sent via TCS and I sent it via Pakpost. I am worried whether I should trust PakPost or not. But if PakPost is not going to do it's own job efficiently then what else it is supposed to do? Like, I wonder why no one trusts PakPost? And why did I trust it? Now, tell me guys, how many days PakPost would take to deliver my application to FPSC from Peshawar to Islamabad? And would they safely deliver my parcel?
