don't prepare notes. just buy some standard books and prepare for CSS keeping in view the current slybus. Remember, one who dares to fail,succeeds.

I have already descanted the senior to lead me in selection a single subject from group-III...but no guidance has been received so far...

public admin.is commonly chosen subject in this group but i'd recommend u t.p&u.m.
