If you are starting from zero and and do not have good English skills I would advise skipping the 2017 attempt and preparing for 2018 instead. There is no point in wasting an attempt.

All skills can be acquired, all subjects can be mastered. If you have a question look through the forums for an answer. Nearly all the questions that can be asked about css have been answered somewhere in these forums.
