ok, they will write the number after the money is paid. there is a separate section in the challan, that says "to be filled in by the departmental officer or the treasury", below, there is only "stamp or signature of officer ordering the money to be paid in", whose stamp or sign does it mean?

You don't need to worry about that. Leave it. Just fill in the details that are required by the candidate.

pisceankhan Wednesday, October 19, 2016 01:40 AM

on page 7 of the hard copy of application do we have to write district or it would be written by fpsc ?

Rahatullah Mallick Wednesday, October 19, 2016 02:02 AM

Same question as above regarding filling in "District" by pen or leaving it blank and secondly, what is the mailing address at which the printed form should be dispatched ???

Math Maniac Wednesday, October 19, 2016 06:33 AM

i completed FSc first as a regular candidate. i wasn't satisfied with my results so i applied for improvement. now the certificate that i have has the marks after improvement. while filling the online form, what should i write in place of "from date, to date"? like i started Fsc from 2009 till 2011, after that i took the exams again in 2012.

Mention it but don't attach anytying regarding it and attach an application explaining that you have applied for the Degree as well as other certificates and will submit once they are issued.

Write it yourself. But its the district of the postal address, some candidates might consider it Domicile District so for those who claim a domocile different than their resident District, write Postal address district.

I didn't write anything on page 7 of form assuming its for FPSC to fill in. I thought everything to be written on the application form is to be filled in online except for date and signature on page 1and 6. Will my application be rejected?

Query related to application

Dear users, I have two questions (Please be kind enough to answer them at the earliest :) ):

1)The CE-2017 application requires a photocopy of the bachelor's degree. But I graduated this year and do not have the degree as of now. I do have a provisional certificate issued by relevant authorities. It states that I have successfully completed my degree program. I want to ask that will it suffice? Or is it crucial that I get my degree?

2)I belong to AJK and I have my domicile and state subject documents with me. However, the document issued by the FPSC states that I need to attach a PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate) issued by the Kashmir Affairs Division. Would not the domicile and state subject be enough as a proof? Since I don't have the PRC and will have to get it issued.

That provisional certificate and yoir Transcript will suffice for now but you will need your degree so apply for as soon as possible to produce it when FPSC asks to you to do so.

PRC is a must so you have to submit it. If you can't get it before 30th Oct then dispatch your applocation with the documents that you have and attach an application that you have applied for PRC and will submit it as soon as you get it issued.

If you want you can fill it, leaving it empty won't have any effect on your candidature. However, postal communication by FPSC will be done through these filled boxes, if there is already your district mentioned in your postal address, you may leave it blank but if there isn't then fill in it your postal address district.

Put the date you are applying for CE-17 as that calendar doesn't show date beyond and there is no option for continuous.

And coupled with this will be your DPC(Annex-E) that will show that your job is continuous.

Oh no! With all due respect, you're confusing people.
The cashiers are only returning the FPSC copy, but instead of the customer copy they are giving a computerized customer copy with the name, challan number etc.
And since we only have to send FPSC copy, there is no problem at all. We can keep the computerized customer copy. And it will be just as well as keeping the 2nd part/customer copy of the original challan form.

I was not clear about issue. The member never disclosed that they are returning FPSC copy. I asked him if they were returning 2 part challan form that they are supposed to give back but he said NO.

That's why I said that FPSC will reject their application because without FPSC's copy attached to the application form they will reject the application form.

JazakAllah for pointing out the issue in question.

Normally everyone aspires for Top 3 to 7 Groups that may include PAS, PSP, FSP, PCS, IRS, OMG, MLCG.

Preference is subject to change according to one's priorities. However these groups are among the top options.

After qualifying written exam and before interview you'll again be given choice proforma to re-order your prefernece.
