Dear Sir,

I applied for Equivalence certificate a month ago and was issued by HEC on October 27 but due to wrong address, letter is wandering in GPOs.Meanwhile, can I submit my application with the Hec Provisional Equivalence letter which HEC sent me through email?
Do we have to submit transcripts with Examination certificate? or just Certificates are enough?

You have till 9th Nov to dispatch your application to FPSC via TCS over night service.

If you can't get hold of your equivalence certificate till 9th then you may submit the said equivalence letter e-mailed to you along with a letter that explains why you have submitted equivalence letter instead of equivalence certificate.

If you have the Degree Certificates then you don't have to submit the Transcripts.

Yes, SSC and HSC Certificates are required not the marksheets.

Should there be an application to Secretary FPSC attached with hardcopies or we can directly send them along with documents?

and I have forgotten to mention hobbies in Online submission ,now should I write them in hardcopies?

No extra application needed just the hard copy of the online application form.

Hobbies are not that important.

Another query,as u know Officers put their signature above their official stamps.In my DPC our officer put his signature on the Stamps not on the signature row? will this matter?
