Yes, most probably no reforms will be implemented for CSS 2019.

Assalam-0-alaikum.

I will turn 30 on 29th December 2018, just 2 days before the cut-off date for CSS 2019 exam. Can anyone kindly tell me whether would I be eligible for the coming exam in 2019?

Seems like PTI government doesn't want new civil servants now considering its relationship with current ones. At least Fpsc owes an explanation for this unprecedented delay.

Is the delay really unprecedented? I have heard that CE 2015 registration was opened in December, not sure if its true.

Someone told me that they might introduce screening test to take less toll of checking unwanted/ not prepared papers.

Yes you are!
A candidate for admission to the examination must have
attained the age of 21 years and not over 30 years on 31st December,
