Seniors are requested to guide me on the issue of my age, I turned 29 this November, I want to know if my last attempt for CSs will be in 2020 or 2021? Kindly help me out of this confusion, thanks in advance!

Age calculation in CSS is 31 December of said exams. Like one who will become 30 on 01 January 2019 will not be eligible for CE 2020. If you turned 29 this November so CE 2019 is your last attempt. Next Year on 31 December you will be 30+.
Read Rules for CSS carefully or use CSS age calculator.
