Your points are valid and must be included in the petition. Please forward this post to Mr Eared on his phone number as soon as possible. Its true that only establishment and prime minister have the authority to extend age limit. A k dogar is a competent advocate and I hope he will get us through.

CSS is a competition and competition should be open for hard workers and age should not be considered that important

The good news is that Chairman FPSC will complete his tenure in Dec 2012. It is expected that the age relaxation case will move ahead quickly.

Default Good news for all

today I had a detailed telephonic chat with Mr. Raees Advocate. He told me that their chance of winning this case is 90 plus %. He further told me that mr. Dogar is damn sure about their success. So my dear brothers and sisters we are now very much close to our success. keep praying for them.

How will the end of tenure of chairman speed up our case ?
Its true Mr Bhagwandas is about to say goodbye to the commission. Last time the chairman slot remained vacant for quite a long time until president zardari appointed the retired justice as head of the commission although chief justice had forbade Mr Bhagwandas from accepting any government post so that the judiciary could be saved from political influence but the latter turned deaf ear and did otherwise. The outgoing chairman did not bring any changes in the syllabus or exam procedure. Let see what happens this time.

I have already explained in one of my early posts in this thread. The COURTS have soft corner for FPSC due to its Chairman being an Ex-Justice. Therefore, Courts will feel more comfortable in dealing with the issue after his departure from the office. Though, it looks a trivial matter but it does matter!!!
