No one is 'crying' here mate. If anyone, it must be you because you cant appear in the exams, rest of us have nothing to cry about. My reservations about age relaxation are based on genuine reasons regarding the greater good of this nation and bureaucracy as an instituation, which i don't expect opportunistic minded people to understand. I don't have any personal qualms with you or the remainig 35year old population of this country, so chill and peace out.

Whatever man but you are losing because LHC is going to decide the matter in favor of age relaxation. Your hue and cry here will bear no fruit. Better approach the court with your lawyer before its too late. Goodluck

When is next hearing of the Age Relaxation case? I have heard that Supreme Court Registrar Mr. Dr. Faqir Hussain is also in favour of the age relaxation petition(I came to know this from his brother in Law). If anyone among you have any acquaintance with him then just meet him and ask for his help. I am 200% sure that he will find out the best way for you guys. Best of Luck

Why don't these people file a petition for age relaxation in ISSB? Who would want to have 30 year old solider? What rubbish.

28 years of age is most suitable for this, anyone who has passed this age should just live with the fact and try to be more punctual next time in life! Doctors, other professional degree holders and all those having 2nd division/below 60% in Graduation should be banned from appearing in CSS exams. That is the only way to clean up the mess which civil service has become now a days.
@ Captain
Dear brother, I couldn't resist more! Who told you that 30 years person cannot get commission in army ????? So, no need to file a petition for ISSB !!!
Brother, for your kind information, let me clear you that even upto 35 years old may get commission in army via PMA - Integrated Course in AEC/AMC and then may switch to arms core during training at PMA. I have first hand knowledge about it and if you are still in doubt ... you may visit me some time of your convenience, I may let you meet several officers who joined/got commission at or after 30 and serving in either arms or services corps (or send me an email, in reply, I may quote names of officers with their courses(PMA course and joining) and current rank and place of posting).

You would also be delighted to know few civil servants who appeared in CE at 30. By chance, I have also worked with a 29th commoner (C&T group) -Mr. Tufail Doodhal- for a couple of years, who appeared in CSS exams at the age of 30 years. After completing his training, served in the same group for few years and then switched to a strategic organization. Now again, in govt service, he is serving in MOFA with diplomatic mission in KSA. Very nice persuasive literary person, and an advocate of age relaxation as he himself couldn't avail the second and third chance to re-appear in CE to improve his allocated group.

So, whether military service or civil, it is the right of the candidates to appear in exams. Hopefully, they 'll be successful in their cause.

regards,
Noman !

Last Isand has liked my comment and that proves tha she too is in favor of age relaxation. Being the most efficient and adored of all the mods, she has seen for many years the css aspirants coming, some crashing and others succeeding. She knows the secrets and the mysteries of css. She knows that in the bigger picture neither success nor failure matters but what does is the struggle and the aspiration and the endurance. Css is a good option but it is not the end of the world. In fact it is nothing compared to the fortunes and pains that destiny awards but our narrow minds always prevents us viewing the extended timeline. Brother, css is just a game of luck in a 3rd world country like Pakistan but you are making it something really huge for yourself due to your inconfidence, falsely believing that if age gets extended then God forbid you will be upstaged by the contenders older to you by few years. There is no truth in that since our IQ levels have been predetermined for us. Age does not play any part in that. That is why middle aged men are the presidents and prime ministers while people much older than them are serving them as thier secretaries and servants. No matter people of the whole world take the same exam still we will have the winners and the losers, a topper and a second runner. I mean talent and hard work will always manifest in the deserving lot. I wish when i take an exam people of 50 and 60 years take it along with me so when i succeed i can be proud of succeeding among hundreds of thousands and that will be the real success and place of honor. Only few hundred candidates are really worthy who take css, the rest only mark their attendance and leave. So instead of blaming age relaxation we should capitalize on improving our abilities and caliber and emerge unbeatable not only in the css exam but in all exams that life presents us. Once you complete yourself then no one in the world can usurp your distinction. But if instead of improving your capacity you keep blaming and finding excuses then remember this world is a cruel place to live in.
Best wishes!

So what? You can thank my post now, wont cost you a fortune, nothing will go out of your pocket. But if you dont then Last hope is better than Last island because hope has in it some warmth, some intimacy while an island conveys a sense of isolation and coldness.

@ Mystic

I hadn't read your posts earlier thats why I didnt thank your post. After reading your posts, I am glad that I didnt thank. I am not in favor of age relaxation upto 33 or 35 years. Mard hazraat agar 34-35 ki umar main imtehan denay bethain ge to settle kab hon ge? Burhapay main? And please dont tell me the age limit for CJ exams. Candidate who apply for these posts already hold a professional degree so they are not at loss.

One more thing! Stop making fun of other members in this thread. If they are not agreeing, they have their reasons and they are free to express it. You can oppose but you cannot impose. Be a gentleman.
