I would request the moderators of this forum to take action against this member for flouting the rules of this forum and launching a personal attack against me.It certainly does not behove CSS aspirants to brand others as 'losers'.

IT CERTAILNY DOES!! Mr. Wheeler or who ever you are, If you are not an aspirant of CSS, then this forum has no place for you, go post advertisements in newspapers or yellow pages for your baseless petition.

Stop giving false hopes to people who didn't do well in their exams, that is the target you want to exploit. This scandal is confined to Faisalabad only, so its better not to spread discontempt in rest of the country.

Dear who are you to forbid me from posting on this forum? I have every right to post on this forum since my petition pertains to the malpractices and cheating in the recently held CSS exams.According to media, 2500-3500 papers are deemed to have been tempered. The following scenarios are in the picture :

1. FPSC continues its dilly dallying and sweeps the issue under the rug. This will spell doom for thousands of candidates who toiled hard to achieve success in this exam.

2.FPSC decides to conduct a re-exam of Faisalabad candidates only. This will be an even unjust decision because candidates of this centre will get a couple of extra months to study and will get a different paper from what has been dished out to the rest of the country in February/March this year.Additionally, all Pakistan merit will be smashed to smithereens.

3. FPSC decides to conduct a country wide re-exam under strict supervision and fool-proof security measures. This is the only viable solution in my opinion since this will bring all candidates on a level playing field.

During the course of my research on this case, I went through FPSC Act,FPSC Ordinance,Civil Servants Act and other relevant pieces of legislation.By the grace of Allah I have got persuasive authorities to back my case.Insha Allah justice will be done and candidates will get their due.

First of all, if you have not attempted CE-2013 then you yourself are not a party to this issue. Secondly a re exam is an double edged sword that can be both profitable and damaging to the prospects of the candidates.

Those candidates who know they could score 600-700 marks in their attempt will never opt for a re take, only the ones who know thier papers haven't gone well would be desparate enough to beg for a retake.

I will give an example to enlighten you narrow frame of mind.

Suppose you appear for a driving licence test after preparing for a long time. It went well and you know you will pass it easily, some time later you hear that somewhere else some guys have cheated and are caught, the authorites will take their tests again. Now consider your position, will you argue with the authorities for a retake for your self? I don't think so, unless you know you are going to fail and have nothing to lose.

That is the reason people on this forum are calling you and those who support you a loser.

Mr wheeler
I did not do anything which violate the rules of forum. If you want to share knowledge you are welcome, but if you want to destroy our career or causing any delay in examination you will face severe criticism as we had struggled for CSS 2013. And this is totally unbearable that a person totally alien to our field(CSS) try to make fuss of Faisalabad scandal. And if i call you a loser i think i am right as you are in hurry to go court, definitely you have already lost the battle that is why asking for a second chance which we can never bear.

As far as FPSC is concern, they have sent the answer books to the examiners for checking/marking in April and i hope more than 10-20 % papers might have been marked. so they can't go for a re-exam throughout the country.
secondly taking CSS exam is a very laborious job and i hope more than 80% of the candidates will vote against re-take of exam.

Sir, you are right. This is not an easy task for candidates as well as FPSC.
