very sad news... condemned! I don't think that the FPSC will conduct the exam again as it not so simple ...

A big disappointment indeed... seriously such a news has ruined my morning ...
first of all re taking the whole exam is pre-posterous.. giving css again n again is not a joke.. Trust me i have appeared thrice n it has drained me...giving it a fourth time is like shooting yerself in yer heart ..
so FPSC should scrtunize each n every parcel n those found culpable should be barred n penalized for good..
And i am stilll wondering how these Culprits/felons managed to temper with the answer sheets .. who provided them with new answer sheets ??
how in the world they managed to write whole big big answers ? who helped them ? or did they temper the OMR sheets ?? seriously its a damn sad news ....
My two cents those who were involved should be punished n incarcerated and the whole exams should not be re-taken as its a gruesome mind---- process

Culprits must be punished severely. Barring them to appear in any paper -CSS and General recruitment- conducted by fpsc would be enough punishment.

Agreed. Without officials involvement it is not possible to temper the papers. Each copy requires an official stamp along with invigilator signature. Who provided them seals and stamps and how they managed to change the copies, is a big question mark on efficiency of Fpsc.

It's really heart aching for a competent ,loyal, honest and dedicated aspirant.

I don't understand. They stole only answer sheets? How can they cheat by only stealing answer sheets?

I will. And I will also highlight the impact of this scandal over the candidates now and in future. For the wrongs of handful how does it seem right to have the rest of the thousands of candidates pay by making them appear in the exams again. And then, after this scandal the credibility of FPSC is going to get dwindled unless a swift action is not taken without making thousands of candidates pay. The future aspirants will lose their faith on country's fool-proof examination system lest the FPSC fails to distinguish cheaters from the other candidates.

Dear it is Pakistan.Here anything may occur unexpectedly.
As for as this scandal is concerned, it is the most heinous type
ov task which tends to malign the platform of FPSC.

They got their answers sheets, attampted the questions again. sealed the envelop again and handed over to righteous Pakistan Post to despatch it to FSPC Islamabad.

FPSC is only the institution and CSS is only the exam which is considered to be transparent and meritorious respectively. How did this happen? Indeed i have no answer for the that but the FPSC should conduct transparent investigation and punish the person involved in the act. I believe without the help of the FPSC's employees this is not possible... the invigilators of the Faisalabad center must be questioned and inquiry should be conducted.

Solution is not that much simple as it appears to you.
Re-conduct of the Exams for entire nation will definately demand considerable time(for setting papers,making time table etc),but it would all be in vain untill and unless a foolproof arrangement unlike the present one is designed,and designing and implementing such arrangements is not the matter of days.

And the cancellation of papers of the concened centre will also face hue and cry from the rest of the candidates who are not involved and specially those who's written has gone well.

If they cancel the papers of those found guilty then there is possibilty of escape of the some culprits and in this option there are threats that some might be made escape goats as history of investigation shows.


Each option has its complexities.
Now the need of hour for FPSC and other investigation agency,if involved, is that they first measure the depth and the scale of that fradulent action then they must handle this matter in such a way that neither any innocent be made to suffer nor any black sheep be set free from facing the music at more than 100 db of sound
And there must be rules and regulation in the formative documents of FPSC to deal with such sorrier issue,if it happens.

We must severly condemn it and be prepare to abide by the would be decision taken by FPSC.
It is hopped that FPSC woud learn much from that shameful activity and would do something concrete to design foolproof modus operandi to filter all such bugs.
