re-examination is a final decision that will be taken by fpsc.it's hard to find those candidate who involved in this offensive activity.

Can you share any authentic source of this info for re exams of only faisalabadians?or can you share any link regarding this info?

Some candidates are going to file a writ petition in the court that they may be allowed for 4th special chance. How is the idea. Any fellow having good knowledge of law is requested to comment on this idea.

As far as I can tell, reexamination isn't on the cards just now. Who says it is not easy to apprehend the cheaters? You just need to find the guy in post office who abetted the cheaters. From him FIA can obtain information about cheaters. Even if they catch one cheater they can catch rest of them or at least many of them.

As per latest news, G.P.O Faislabad clerk Zahid is the main character behind scam. Today, FIA teem raided post office Faisalabad and Zahid eluded raiding party. I wonder Mr Zahid has been made scapegoat, for such tempering is not possible without patronage of higher officials.

No chance of re-exam. BTW gutsy Faisalabadies must be punished for their audacity of tampering with the answer sheets

Hey everyone,
I have decided to file a writ petition in the Lahore High Court under Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan. Those who are in support of a re-exam should contact me on my e-mail address (mentioned in my profile) so that we can file a joint petition.The tempering of answer sheets is a grave violation of our fundamental rights and has shaken the core of the sanctity of CSS exam.Re-exam -all across the country- is the only viable solution.

If the Lahore High Court does not grant an injunction to the FPSC to hold a re-exam I will knock at the doors of the Supreme Court of Pakistan for a country wide re-exam.

There is no way we are going to tolerate a re-exam of Faisalabad candidates only.Giving them 2,3 months (atleast) to prepare for a re-exam will be a grave to injustice to the candidates at other centres and will drastically alter the merit.This is simply unacceptable and condemnable.

I agree with you. We must not ask for re-examination.Opportunist feel that they have got a very good opportunity to pressurize fpsc for re-examination but we will try our best to resist it.
