Default Changing preferences .
Do we have an option to change priority after interview .That is if one is at a higher merit and want to move to a lower merit service , is it allowed /possible ?

e.g. if your first priority was police and 2nd foreign service , and somehow you get your merit for police , now you want to move to foriegn service , is there any possibility ? (assuming that foreign service stay low this year too).
