Lightbulb Css interview of armed forces officers
My question is regarding css interviews of armed forces officers that what kind of questions are asked in their interview. secondly their interview is tough than civilian candidates (as they only have to appear in interview) or it is same as of rest of candidates.

probably there is no one from army side in cssforum otherwise they might hve posted something useful in this matter. I hve very little information in this matter n i hope it will help you.

INDUCTION OF ARMED FORCES OFFICERS INTO CIVIL SERVICE

3.11 Establishment Division reported 8 vacancies for Armed Forces Officers
in the Competitive Examination 2006. Service/group-wise, distribution was as
under:

a) Service/wise distribution
Pakistan Army = 6
Pakistan Navy = 1
Pakistan Air Force = 1
Total: 8

b) Occupational Group/Service-wise distribution

DMG = 4
PSP = 2
FSP = 2
Total = 8

3.12 The Armed Forces forwarded names of 39 officers. Their distribution was
as under:-

Pakistan Army = 21
Pakistan Navy = 10
Pakistan Air Force = 8

3.13 Later on, 2 nominations were withdrawn and remaining 37 officers were
called for Psychological Tests and Viva Voce which were conducted from
26th May–12th June 2007.

this piece of information has been taken from FPSC Annual Report 2007. n according to this there were 8 posts n 37 officers to compete. In this scenario i suggest you to get help from interviews of CSS cz in CSS Exam there is also tough competition specially from PUnjab.

AoA dear, i just read this thread and also read ur response of being DISAPPOINTED.
So i thought may be i can help u out. First of all an officer selected from army can not compare that his interview is tough or the interview of the civil candidates.
I m a captain in Army and recently selected for DMG. i had written my complete interview experience as a doc file. I will upload that soon. Then may be u will be draw comparison by ur self.

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?")
