Default Geography as optional for interview preparation

Salam brothers and sisters.

i have my final interview soon.i have geography as my optional subject.

kindly anyone tell me what should be prepared from interview point of view.i have also recently appeared in css-2011.The questions so far asked from students having geography underscores the mindset of this Panel. They are not
repeating questions and physical and strategic locations are being asked. Now covering such a vast domain is really tedious.

Please suggest to me a useful book of general knowledge with relevant material for interview preparation.

regards.

Dear Brother AOA
Sorry for late reply. It is good that you have taken CSS-2011 exam. as you have gone through the subject. But in context of your querry I would suggtest that there is no need of any book just keep in mind the geostrategic importance of Pakistan,Gawadar Port,Central Asia and Suez Canal as they are mostly asked by the pannel this year.More over there is no need to worry if you can't answer all questions.Have a strong faith upon Almighty Allah Insha Allah you will be succeeded.
Wish you best of luck.
Thanks.
Gul Khan.

YES, indeed. Gen. Owais sahab is particularly asking questions from Geography, this year. From me, they asked: What is Tundra region, name the countries that fall in Tundra region...., and which country is called Land of the Midnight Sun (it is Norway)...I answered all these successfully.

From some of my fellows, he asked about Ran Kach, Gwadar Port, etc. That's all I remember now.

Regards
