Smile Interview Guidline
Aslam o Alaikum Seniors

I need your help regarding interview and selection procedure. I appeared in CE-2011 and waiting for result, hoping better outcome, I wanted to know how to manage coming events further. Please answer my following queries:

1: After how much time interview is conducted after announcement of CSS result?

2: Which points/agenda should be kept in mind to improve while preparing for interview?

3: What about English Language Skill? I mean I don't posses advance level of English language, so to what extent the skill is required?

4: Tip for preparation for interview please.
