@ Asif Lashari

Sir, you can appear as a disabled candidate in CSS and go in 4 departments i.e. Trade and Commerce, Accounts, Information and Postal Groups, straight away as per CSS rules.

Moreover, if u are in top 7.5% merit quota, you can go for Foreign Service of Pakistan. This has been told to me by FPSC, as a blind girl went to this group in 2007, based on this rule.

So you can give it a go. See an eye specialist for opinion and even if you appear as disabled candidate, you can go to above mentioned 5 groups.

Take care
Regards
