Default CSS 2011 Medical test at Karachi Centre
Friends, i have got letter for medical test in karachi, its on 23rd January. anyone else who have received d letter?

and, can somebody tell me from where to get the chalan form which is to be submitted for medical test?

Hmm your local post office must be a lot more efficient than mine. I haven't received mine, by the way. If I get it today, I'll let you know.

I have received my medical examination letter,23/01/2012, reporting time 9 am. Can anyone please guide about the procedure of payment of medical fee, Rs.750/- and Rs.100/-(to be deposited in Government treasury under head of Account "C-02839-HEALTH Fee for Medical Examination". I mean from where do we get the treasury challan?

Rs 750 are to be paid in cash to the medical board, probably they'll be having some procedure for it in the secretariat. and 100 rs chalan is to be submitted in govt treasury or state bank of pakistan, but where to get the chalan from? this is what i asked as well
hope somebody knows

The challan form you used for css application form may be used. or any other challan form. no big issue, they just want 100 rupees in to their account.
i downloaded the challan form from fpsc site

750 rupees are to be given by hand on the day of medical examination

And here in Lahore we paid 2170 for the tests of reports which we have to show on the medical day.

Reach the hospital timely, everything is done on first come first serve basis.
