Default Overweight Disaster........
I received a letter on 18th about re-appearance in front of medical board. I had been declared overweight by 26 kgs. Now, I received the letter today as I was out of city. I have to appear in front of board on 23rd. Today is 20th n i m still 26 kg overweight as i never knew of the procedures. Now wot are the consequences????????? wud i get another chance to loose weight as i didnt know abt it at all........

there are WAYS to reduce weight considering if they give you time to do so

Increasing height is a hell of a task especially if you have crossed 20.... However you can reduce your weight to imrove your BMI(Body Mass Index).
Exercise with strict discipline in diet can reduce weight in one to two months..
