Would anyone please inform me about the fitness criteria for A CSP joining PSP? Height, weight & eyesight etc.

i have more or less similar query regarding fitness of asp. actually there are no fingers on my right foot but i can walk, jog, run, play football etc.
am i eligible or medically unfit for psp?
