salaam,
the method is that u have to sit in a group of 8ppl on first day and do some written thing. writing yr biography, filling up blanks, completing sentences, doing other odd things on patterns of issb intelligence tests and tell them someting about yrself in written. nexd day u have to do it in oral form. 2nd day pscyclgst wil test whatever u have said so try to retain what u have written yesterdy. there will be a discussion in urdu and english in which all 8guys participate by talking and diving opinions. psycgst keep quiet. then u wil hava a brief or long, dpends on yr luck, intervw with psycgsts. usually 3ppl sitting but only 2talking to u other keeping quiet..
