Default How to aswer question of merits ad demerits?
what should be the strategy to aswer question like merits ad demrits? i know we should not pose as super humans and be ourselves but writing things like impatience ,sensitive or emotional might bring negative comments/impression so what sould be our approach all csps ad seniors plz advice

The strategy should be to highlight your strengths more than your weaknesses at the same time not posing as super human being.i have consulted a psychologist to get some points regarding this.you are right that things like sensitive,emotional will have negative impact so avoid these.Like i have a weakness that i am straightforward.but this is also somewhat my strength as it shows honesty.so write such demerits which have little positive impact.
