Default Where to submit forms?
As all of the qualifiers must know, we got some forms through post after medical.

I just want to know what to do with these forms? Do we have to post them or to take them filled with us on the psychological examination day?

you have to fill in the application form, education pro forma and one undertaking form...put ur signatures on them and take them away with u to ur center of psychological test. take with u ur original documents, attested photocopies of these documents, two passport size photographs,original domicile and its attested photocopy, original CNIC and its copy.
u have to carry ur preferences forms with u on the day of viva voce.

Do read all the instructions again very carefully, in case i have missed something!!!
